I love spinning, dyeing, and knitting with wool on my 19-acre homestead. I started crocheting 47 years ago, followed by knitting in my 20s which meant I needed to find out how to dye and spin my wool, and I haven’t stopped since! Shipping Policy

I am selling only to the USA here. If you wish to purchase an item and live outside the USA, go to my website.
Items purchased on the Abundance Plus Community Marketplace will be shipped out within three (3) business days in the most efficient manner possible. Items under 16oz will be shipped First Class, and those over 16 oz will be shipped Priority.

Return Policy

I desire that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are on this page because you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to me for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email me at ForeverWindingWool@gmail.com to receive authorization for your return. After receiving approval, place the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Refunds will NOT be issued for items lost in the return transit that did not have USPS tracking.
REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your returned item, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days after receiving your item to process your return or exchange. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following item cannot be returned or exchanged:

Yarn not in original (resaleable) condition.
Custom-ordered hand-spun or custom hand-dyed yarn
